Applicants for Admission:
Q. Where do I send my materials - Graduate Studies
or Graduate Group in Ecology?
A. All hard copy materials, GRE scores and transcripts, should be
send directly to the Graduate Group iN Ecology.
Q. How many sets of transcripts are required?
A. Two official sets of all transcripts are required.
Q. If I have transfer credit that appears on my undergraduate
transcript, do I still have to submit a transcript for these courses?
A. Yes, this is a University requirement. We also need to be able to verify
that you have completed entrance requirements.
Q. May I apply to more than one Area of Emphasis?
A. No, there is no advantage to doing so. Switching AOE's, once accepted into the GGE is not difficult.
Q. Do I need to have a confirmed Major Professor in order to apply?
A. No, but it is to your advantage to be proactive about this process. It would greatly benefit
your application to have one in place.
